Accra Hearts of Oak has been hit with three resignations, assistant coach Asare Bediako was the first to resign followed by head coach Kosta Papic and goalkeeper's trainer Ben Owu.
Hearts fans protested in front of the club's secretariat blaming the board for contributing to the mass resignations due to their constant interference in their work.
Former Hearts of Oak player Sam Johnson reacting to the recent events in the club said that Manchester City's Pep Guardiola will have problems working under the current Hearts board.
"Those who interfered in the coach’s selection has a different work to do that will help the club so they should focus on their work and put a stop to that attitude,"
“The truth is if you bring Pep Guardiola and still have the same people on board, they will still have this problem. It doesn’t matter who is coming, who is going. A lot of people need to change their attitude," he added.
