Elvis Herman Hesse, Chairman of the Accra Hearts of Oak National Chapters Committee, distanced himself from

the responsibility of the management initiative to register club supporters to raise funds for the club.

Elvis Herman Hesse who is a member of the board of directors of the club bemoaned the lack of accountability from the management of the project.

The ‘phobian 4 life' program is aimed at mobilizing fans of the club to one common platform, and to gather funds to enhance the finances of the club. Hearts fans are to pay a one-time registration fee of 2 Ghana Cedis.

Speaking on local radio station Asempa FM he said:

“No one should call me about the phobia 4 life accountability and the monies, I am not responsible for it,”

Herman Hesse insists that the NCC would have to launch a new program to register club members to collect funds to help the club.
