PHOTOS: GFA President Kurt Okraku pays courtesy call on Winkogo Naaba

Ghana FA President Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku on Thursday paid a courtesy call on the chief of Wintogo – Naaba Moses Aganzoa Konkesibugum – in the Upper East Region of Ghana.

The visit was part of plans to commission a newly constructed technical centre for football in the region.

The facility that will have a FIFA Standard Astroturf, a dressing room and a spectator stand upon completion has seen the phase one done.

The phase one which is the construction of the Astroturf has been completed awaiting commissioning on Friday.

The GFA President and his team, therefore, called on the Wintogo Naaba to show appreciation for giving the land on which the facility was constructed.

On his part, Naaba Moses Anganzoa Konkesibugum thanked the FA for the honour done him with the facility and wished the association well in all their endeavours.

The Wintogo Technical Development Center will host a number of programs including coaching courses, camping of junior national teams, match centre for Premier and Division One League games and many more upon completion.
