PSG Midfielder Blaise Matuidi Says Theo Walcott and Alexis Sanchez Can Cause 'Serious Problems'

PSG midfielder Blaise Matuidi has claimed that Arsenal's attacking duo of Alexis Sanchez and Theo Walcott could cause 'serious problems'.

The French champions travel to the Emirates on Wednesday night for what looks like being a decider at the top of Group A.

PSG were on top in the reverse fixture, Edinson Cavani missing a number of chances in the 1-1 draw.

But Matuidi has made sure to point out that playing Arsenal on their own patch will be a much tougher test.

"Their whole team is extremely dangerous," he toldMetro. "Of course they have individual players like Sanchez and Walcott, who can cause us serious problems, but I think their main strength is the team as a whole."

Both Sanchez and Walcott have had injury problems in the build up to the crucial PSG clash, but are expected to be fit.

The duo played the full 90 minutes at Old Trafford last weekend, Sanchez having recovered from a hamstring tear.

PSG manager Unai Emery has also admitted that visiting the Gunners will not be easy, but is confident that his team have improved since their last meeting.

It's going to be different simply because they play at home, but the intensity will be similar, he toldthe Guardian.

It's a game with big actors, great football players, this is the beauty of it. We played a good first game and we could have won it. There are things that we will change from then, mainly because we are a better team now. What [that is] I'm not going to tell you.
