Kylian Mbappe is their ideal addition and he is open to the idea of playing with £198m man Neymar. But if Monaco cannot be persuaded into doing business, PSG will turn attention to Coutinho.
The French club's move for the Liverpool man could hinder Barcelona once again, as the Catalan club want Coutinho to fill the void left by Neymar.
