Newly promoted Spanish La Liga side, Real Mallorca has included a whopping €45 million release clause in the contract of Ghanaian midfielder Baba Iddrisu Mohammed.
The player signed a contract extension with the side earlier this month until 2022. Having critically reviewed his performance from last season, Mallorca decided to offer him another extension that will see him stay at the club until 2024.
The new deal which has already been signed has a release clause of €45 million inserted in it to ensure they do not lose out when a club decides to poach him away.
Baba Idrissu Mohammed made 28 appearances for Los Bermellones last season and has developed to become one of the top players of the club as they look to make a good case for themselves throughout the 2019/2020 Spanish La Liga season.
