Fulham have accepted Norwich's £12m bid for star striker Ross McCormack, according to MailOnline.
The two Championship clubs have been in negotiations for weeks over the structure of the deal, which will see McCormack depart Craven Cottage for Carrow Road.
Norwich have had two bids rejected for the Scotland international in the process, but an agreement is now in place for the forward to join the Canaries with a decision of how the payment will be made the only detail missing.
A deal for McCormack to join Premier League new boys Middlesbrough back in January collapsed, and the 29-year-old has had his heart set on leaving Fulham since.
McCormack has been one of the most consistent players in the Championship for the last couple of years now, and Norwich believe the Scotsman's record of 42 goals in two seasons for Fulham makes him the ideal candidate to fire the club back into the Premier League.
The Canaries were light up front in their 2015/16 Premier League campaign, and manager Alex Neil will be hoping McCormack can give the team a much needed boost in that department.

Slavisa Jokanovic expects McCormack to train with Fulham this week despite the rumours of his impending transfer to Norwich.
The Fulham boss told GetWestLondon: "I didn't use him in these last few games - he has some physical problems. I expect he will be ready on Monday working with us."
