Saudi Arabia top-flight side Al Batin FC have officially announced the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Afriyie Acquah in the ongoing transfer window.
The experienced midfielder joined as a free agent after the expiration of his contract with Turkish outfit Yeni Malatyaspor last month.
He penned a two-year deal with an option to extend after passing his mandatory medicals.
The former Torino FC player made 35 appearances in all competitions for Malatyaspor last season where he scored three goals.
Acquah has previously played TSG Hoffenheim, Parma Calcio, US Palermo, FC Empoli, UC Sampdoria, Parma Primavera and Palermo Primavera.
