Schalke 04 striker Bernard Terkpetey is eyeing legendary status in Germany like Ghanian legends Tony Yeboah and Osei Kuffour.

Terkpetey, who was on loan at SC Paderborn 07 last season, helped the team secure qualification to the Bundesliga from the Bundesliga II after he was sold out by Schalke 04 a season ago.

The 21-years-old made 34 appearances and scored 10 goals, registering seven assists for Paderborn in all competitions season.

His impressive performance forced a return to the Veltins Arena ahead of next season.

And the Ghanaian who is still receiving offers from other European countries despite signing for Schalke says he’s determined to make history in the Bundesliga before considering offers from other countries.

“I’m determined to make history,” Terkpetey told FootballMadeInGhana.com

“Anthony Yeboah, CK Akonnor, Osei Kuffour and Gerald Asamoah all made history in Germany and I want to do same.

“I love the Bundesliga and I’m determined to make history there before considering offers from other countries,” he added.
