South Africa will lock horns with the Black Stars of Ghana on Thursday, November 14 2019 at the Accra Sports Stadium before welcoming Sudan three days later on Sunday, 17 November at Orlando Stadium after CAF changed the initial dates for the Cameroon Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2021 qualifiers.

Originally, South Africa were supposed to play coach Kwesi Appiah's side on November 15 and host Sudan on 19 November before the continental controlling body intervened and changed the dates around.

The Bafana Bafana will host Sudan at Orlando Stadium on Sunday, November 17.

South Africa have been drawn in Group C alongside Ghana, Sudan and Sao Tome Principe.

Only two teams will qualify from the group for 2021 AFCON in Cameroon.

Sao Tome earned a historic victory over Mauritius, winning 3-1 in the first leg of the preliminary stage and followed it up with a 2-1 victory in the second leg to complete a remarkable 5-2 overall aggregate win.
