Emiliano Viviano has been officially announced as a player for SPAL, the goalkeeper was acquired from Sporting Clube de Portugal on a dry loan. After Serie A TIM stints with 5 different clubs and 234 matches played in the league, Viviano will return to play his football in Ferrara. SPAL announced the loan deal, valid through June 2019, with a statement on their site, and also announcing Viviano will wear the number 2 shirt.
