Top Spanish journalist, Héctor Andreu is urging La Liga side Valencia to secure the services of highly-rated defender Mohammed Salisu.

The Ghanaian international has burst into the scene this season even though it is his first time featuring in the Spanish top-flight.

His exploits with his Real Valladolid club have been beyond outstanding with many pundits tipping him to enjoy a successful career.

With several interests from a host of clubs in Europe’s top league, Héctor Andreu believes he will be ideal for Valencia. He has there proposed for the club to make the advances and sign the defender in the summer window.

“In my opinion, Valencia should look at League players, young and projected, but also looking at the price, which is not so high. A profile Mohammed Salisu, a player who performs fantastically well at Real Valladolid and whose hiring would not exceed 12-15 million would be the perfect signing”, the sports journo said in one of his pieces.

Mohammed Salisu, 21, has made 27 appearances in the La Liga for Real Valladolid this season and has chipped in with one goal and one assist.
