Sudan v Ghana 2021 AFCON Qualifier: Fatau Dauda replaces suspended Richard Ofori

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has confirmed that experienced goalkeeper Fatau Dauda has been handed a late call-up to the Black Stars to replace Richard Ofori for the Sudan clash next week.

"Legon Cities goalkeeper Fatau Dauda has been called up to replace Richard Ofori for the trip to Sudan.

"The Orlando Pirates goalkeeper picked up his second yellow card in the qualifiers on Thursday against Sudan at the Cape Coast stadium ruling him out of the 2nd leg in Khartoum", a communique on the website of the GFA has said.

With the latest change, Fatau Dauda will now travel with the team for the reverse fixture scheduled for Omdurman, Khartoum on Tuesday, November 17, 2020.

It has been confirmed that the Black Stars will travel out of Ghana this afternoon for Sudan.
