The most important thing is the three points - Kotoko assistant coach David Ocloo after Goldstars win

Asante Kotoko assistant coach David Ocloo has shared his thought following his outfit victory against Bibiani Goldstars in the Ghana Premier League.

The Porcupine Warriors prevailed with a 1-0 win over Goldstars at the Baba Yara Stadium last Friday.

Youngster Peter Amidu’s strike was enough for the Ghanaian giants to snatch the three maximum points in the encounter.

“I told you we are going to do everything to get a decent result and thank God, we got it. I think in the first half we were on top of the game, you could see that we dominated, the boys played to our game plan but in the second half I think Goldstars came in hard but the most important thing is the three points and we’ve got it” he said.

Asante Kotoko are second on the Ghana Premier League with 32 points after 19 games into the campaign.

The Ghanaian giants will travel to face Karela United in the week 19 of the domestic top-flight at the Naa Sheriga Sports Centre.
