Thomas Partey helps Arsenal to beat Brentford 3-0 on return from injury

Ghana international, Thomas Partey made his return from injury on Sunday, September 18, 2022.

The combative midfielder has been out of action for close to a month. He sustained an injury while in action against Bournemouth in August and has since not played for the Gunners.

Last week, he finally said goodbye to the treatment room and trained with his Arsenal teammates as part of preparations for the lash against Brentford today.

Thomas Partey having been handed a starting role started in midfield to help Arsenal to cruise to a fantastic 3-0 victory at the end of the contest.

On the matchday, William Saliba, Gabriel Jesus, and Fabio Viera scored the goals for Arsenal to merit all the three points.

Thomas Partey will be in Ghana on Monday, September 19, to report to the Black Stars camp ahead of the international friendly matches against Brazil and Nicaragua.
