According to TuttoMercatoWeb, Inter Milan and Benfica have reached a final agreement on Joao Mario's permanent move to Portugal.
Inter accepted a € 7.5 million transfer fee for Joao, 28, but now the two sides have to wait on Sporting Lisbon's right to match Benfica's offer and retain the talented midfielder.
