Tunisian side Esperance interested in signing Kotoko midfielder Mudasiru Salifu

Tunisian giants Espérance Sportive de Tunis have expressed interest in signing Asante Kotoko midfielder Mudasiru Salifu, according to reports.

The 25-year-old has been one of the standout players in the on-going Ghana Premier League season, propelling the Porcupine Warriors to the top of the league table after 26 games played so far.

Mudasiru has made 22 appearances for Kotoko this campaign and scored two goals.

His impressive displays has him being linked with a move to several clubs in Africa and Europe.

Espérance have reportedly expressed interest in acquiring the services of the midfielder from Kotoko.

His contract with Asante Kotoko runs out at the end of the season and the league leaders are set to open negotiations with the midfielder for renewal.

Mudasiru joined Kotoko on a four-year deal in 2018.

He has previously played for Tunisian club CS Sfaxien and Tanda FC of Ivory Coast.

Mudasiru is worth €125,000 according to transfermarkt.
