Two Belgian clubs rival AC Milan for the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Pierre Dwomoh

Italian outfit AC Milan remains in the lead of the race to sign Ghanaian teenager Pierre Dwomoh but are now faced with competition from two clubs in Belgium.

The KRC Genk midfielder in the last two years has shown a massive potential to develop into a world-class midfielder.

Although he is yet to get his big break in the senior team of the Belgian Jupiler Pro League club, Pierre Dwomoh has managed to impress in the youth team to attract interest from a number of clubs.

As reported by footballghana.com since the summer transfer window opened, the teenager has been a top transfer target of Italian Serie A giant AC Milan.

The club as part of efforts to reinforce its squad has set sight on securing the services of the midfielder this summer.

Today, information picked from Belgium indicates that AC Milan faces competition from Belgian clubs including Club Brugge and Royal Antwerp FC.

Pierre Dwomoh fancies a move away from KRC Genk and awaits which club can reach an agreement with his team.
