The Technical manager of Danish club Vejle Boldklub, Jacob Krüger has expressed optimism in the new sign Raphael Dwamena’s abilities and says he believes the striker will help the team in the upcoming season.
The Ghana forward has had a very difficult past year where he nearly met his untimely death after suffering a heart problem while on loan at Spanish lower tier side Real Zaragoza from UD Levante.
With all the danger off after receiving the needed treatment, Raphael Dwamena is returning to the pitch and has signed for Danish Superliga club Vejle Boldklub.
According to the Technical manager of Vejle Boldklub, the new signing is a great addition to the club for the upcoming season.
“Raphael Dwamena is a physically strong striker who has both speed and good technique. It is a player we believe can help ensure a good season in the Super League”, Jacob Krüger said as quoted on the club’s website.
He added, “Raphael will be a great addition to our offensive line. He joins the club after a successful rehabilitation and is ready to bid on the same. Despite this, the necessary time has been spent to ensure that the player is fit for fight”.
