Head coach for Liberty Professionals David Ocloo has shared his delight to his team’s impressive performance on Wednesday afternoon even though they lost 2-1 to Dreams FC.
The Dansoman-based club was originally scheduled to play at home but due to a temporal ban on the Dansoman Carl Reindorf Park, they were forced to take it to Dawu.
At the end of the match, Dreams FC who is used to playing at the Theatre of Dreams cruised to a 2-1 win over Liberty Professionals.
Speaking in a post-match interview, Coach David Ocloo touched on the difficulty of playing away from home.
"Playing away from home is very difficult, most of the players I think this is the first time for them playing here so it really affected us”, the gaffer said.
He added, “But you know the boys, they are always ready to give their best and that's what they gave today but unfortunately we had to lose”.
