Algeria exposed the unpreparedness of Ghana ahead of the 2021 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament on Wednesday when the Desert Foxes hammered the Black Stars 3-0.
The two national teams locked horns at the Education City Sports Stadium in Doha, Qatar, today in a pre-AFCON friendly match.
At the end of 90 minutes, Algeria put Ghana to the sword as the side recorded an impressive 3-0 lead to stretch their unbeaten run to 40 games ahead of the start of the AFCON.
On the matchday, an own goal from Ghana defender Jonathan Mensah plus goals from Adam Ounas and Islam Slimani handed the Desert Foxes the big win at the end of the match.
