Vitesse Arnhem sports chief Joost de Wit insists their deal for Chelsea midfielder Mukhtar Ali will prove a success.
Ali will sign permanently for Vitesse in the coming days.
"We are currently trying to dot the i's," said De Wit.
"Our technical men have seen him often and are convinced. You have with your squad certain qualities which are needed. This year with European football and five games in 10 days in December, you need these players.
"We can't all be a Milot Rashica. Our technical people are convinced of the qualities of Ali."
