Head Coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, Frank Nuttal says his side is mentally ready for the FA Cup final against arch rivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko in Tamale on Sunday.

The Phobians will be meeting their bitterest rivals for the third time in a competitive fixture this season after beating the Porcupine Warriors in Accra and picking a point in Kumasi in the Ghana Premier League.

However, the Reds beat Hearts to win the annual President Cup in Kumasi on penalties.

Meanwhile, the two sides face each other for a spot in the CAF Confederations Cup next season and the last time Hearts and Kotoko played in a competitive final was in the Confederations Cup in 2004/05 season.

Coach Frank Nuttal who was speaking at the press conference ahead of the final on Sunday was very confident and stated his side are mentally ready.

“I’m under no pressure, i said that the first time i took the job, taking the job is a challenge, so I’m not under the pressure to win the trophy on Sunday,” Nuttall said in a press conference.

“We are taking Sunday’s game very serious regardless who are playing, we are mentally ready to play.

”I’m focused on my team, we deal with who we have to deal with, we have to show a strong attitude on Sunday.”

The “Unmissable” FA Cup final will see side attractions and performances from local hero Fancy Gadam.
