Ghana's Ministry for Youth and Sports has through a press statement congratulated Mr. Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku on his latest triumph as the new Ghana Football Association (GFA) president at the end of today's elective congress.
In an election held at the Physicians and Surgeons Center in Accra on Friday, October 25, 2019, the Dreams FC owners emerged as the winner whiles beating the likes of George Afriyie, Fred Pappoe, Nana Yaw Amponsah, Lawyers Amanda Clinton and George Ankomah Mensah.
As the new FA president continues to receive kind words from all over, Sports Minister Isaac Kwame Asiamah has on behalf of the government and his sector saluted Mr. Kurt Okraku.
A press statement released this evening read, “The Minister for Youth and Sports, Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah on behalf Government and the Ministry congratulates Mr. Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku on his election as the President of the Ghana Football Association”.
