We have time to change our poor start in the league - Bechem United coach Bismark Kobi Mensah

Bechem United coach Bismark Kobi Mensah has refuted recent rumors circulating in the local media, asserting that he remains firmly in his post.

Speculation had mounted over his position following a sluggish start in the 2023/24 campaign, which saw Bechem United languishing at the bottom of the Ghana Premier League table with just three points from four games.

Despite the precarious situation, Mensah remains resolute, insisting that there's ample time for a turnaround.

"Nothing has happened I will say that we have had a very bad start of the season which for me it is part of the game sometimes when you have so much hope to that the league," he told Peace FM as monitored by Footballghana.com

"But the truth is that it is also good that it has happen this way I am not happy the players are not happy their supporters are not happy but the truth is that when we are given the time we can change things around.

"It is better it has started early we have more time or we have time to recorrect those wrong things we are doing that is not bringing the results so as I speak with you I have changed some few things that is a problem for us as a team.

"So I believe that in moving forward if a little time we can change things around,"

Bechem United is preparing for their next Ghana Premier League game. They will take on Legon Cities away on match day five.
