West Ham are closing on a deal for Sunderland defender Lamine Kone.
The Mirror says West Ham are in pole position to land Kone.
Sunderland are demanding around £15 million for the 28-year-old centre-back but the Hammers believe a deal could be agreed at around £10 million.
Kone wants out following the Black Cats' relegation to the Championship and the exodus of their star names.
