You can’t just get up and say you are going to win the league; have a proper plan - Laryea Kingston advises Kotoko, Hearts

Former Black Stars midfielder, Laryea Kingston has admonished Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko to start doing things right.

Speaking to Original FM in an interview, the retired footballer who is now a coach advised the two most glamourous clubs in the country to appoint the right coaches to handle the club and secure the services of a management team that understands football.

“Try to do the right things. First of all, they should try to hire the right technical people around them and then also the right management that understands the game.

“They should also have a game plan that within two or three years we are building this team so that in that time we will dominate Ghana and then Africa. You should have a plan. I don’t think both teams have a plan now. You can’t just get up and say you are going to win the league without having a proper plan,” Laryea Kingston argued.

Although Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko combined have done well in the local league in the last two seasons, things have not worked out this season.

Fans are unhappy and demanding an improvement.
