Yussif Chibsah predicts bright future for Ernest Nuamah

Former Ghana international Yussif Chibsah has expressed his belief that Nordsjaelland attacker Ernest Nuamah possesses the necessary skills to become the next big star for Ghana.

Chibsah's praise comes after Nuamah scored his debut goal for the national U-23 team, the  Black Meteors, in a hard-fought 3-2 victory over Congo in the U-23 African Cup of Nations (AFCON).

In an interview with Citi Sports, Chibsah confidently stated that despite Ghana's lackluster performance against Guinea, which ultimately led to the Meteors' early exit from the tournament, Nuamah's game will undoubtedly improve in due course.

Chibsah emphasized the importance of hard work and urged the young talent not to become complacent, as there is still more to be unleashed from his potential.

“He is a big talent and there is more to be realized of him. He has to keep working hard he shouldn’t relax in his comfort zone because he has lot more to give out.

“He’s just gotten his maiden invitation to the senior national team that’s obviously that is also a sign to boost his confidence and morale up” he said

“Obviously he is a big talent but he has small room for improvement because he can rise up to be one of the best players in the world” he added.
