Asante Kotoko’s opponent in the CAF Champions League, FC Nouadhibou has arrived in Senegal where they will pitch camp ahead of the crucial second leg game as the Porcupine Warriors in Ghana.
Yesterday, Mauritania champions were in action against the Ghana Premier League giants in a home fixture for the first of a two-legged encounter at the preliminary stages of this season’s CAF Champions League.
Following an evenly-matched encounter, it all ended 1-1 with both teams now focused on winning the second meeting to ensure they progress to the next stage of the competition.
As part of extensive preparations, FC Nouadhibou has decided to pitch camp in Senegal for 4 days.
After the period, they will travel to Ghana to face Asante Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium for the reverse fixture.
