AA Gent midfielder Osman Bukari has revealed his delight after scoring his first goal in the year 2021.
The goal came in a 3-0 victory over OH Leuven in the Belgium top flight.
Before the goal came, he had been unlucky in three league matches this year.
Speaking after the game, he could not hide his joy.
“Finally I was able to score again," he stated.
"It felt good to make my first of 2021. I was close to it a few times in the past few weeks, but today it was twice as good."
"Three goals, a clean sheet, and three points towards Gent make everyone happy. You also saw it in the dressing room that everyone enjoyed it. In short, it was a great victory that we would like to continue in the coming matches."
