Former Black Stars midfielder Joseph Alfred Duncan has booked Coppa Italia finals spot with Fiorentina after edging out Cremonese in the semifinals.

Duncan was an unused substitute when Fiorentina played a 0-0 draw on home turf against Cremonese in the second leg of the Cup competition on Thursday night.

Despite the stalemate, Fiorentina have secured a 2-0 qualification to the finals at the expense of Cremonese after victory in the first leg.

Fiorentina will face Inter Milan in the final of the Copa Italia on May 24, 2023.

The 30-year-old has struggled this season due to injury setbacks. The enterprising midfielder has featured 23 times in all competitions in the ongoing campaign.

Duncan will hope to clinch the Coppa Italia title with Fiorentina.
