Andre Ayew pleased with Swansea City victory against Cardiff City

Captain for Ghana’s Black Stars, Andre Dede Ayew has shared his joy after helping his Swansea City side post a 1-0 defeat over Cardiff in the English Championship.

In a match week 14 fixture played at the Liberty Stadium, it was the home side who emerged victorious to bag all 3 points.

A solitary strike from Ben Wilmot on the 24th minute was enough to steer the Swans to victory following an impressive overall performance in front of their home crowd.

Andre Ayew who was handed another start for his side was outstanding on the day and was named as the man of the match at the end of the game.

In a Twitter post from the Black Stars forward, he has shared his delight to the team’s win over their rivals.

"What a WIN!! Feels good to win win the derby. Atmosphere was unbelievable Fans were superb. Great team spirit.. MOTM”, Ayew said.

He is enjoying a good season with the lower division side and has scored three goals and provided 3 assists in the ongoing season.
