Referees Association of Ghana general secretary Alex Anning says referee performance in the league is not 100 percent but on average they have done well.
He added that top referees at the World Cup make mistakes. Anning also sympathized with clubs that have been affected by bad referee decisions.
"So far it is not bad averagely officiating is not bad one or two you can't say it is 100 percent but officiating is not bad. If you say you are finding the average officiating is not bad. It is painful that you prepare your team and a match official's error makes your team lose," Anning said on Peace FM as monitored by Footballghana.com
"It is painful no matter how we will punish the person your loss will not change yes we agree. But we can also not rule out that error...if you go to the world cup where we have the cream de la cream referees they make errors it is part of the game. I say generally we are not bad we have done very well,"
