GFA President thanks stakeholders for a successful 2023/24 season

The President of the Ghana Football Association Kurt Okraku has thanked all stakeholders for a successful 2023/24 Ghana football season.

The season officially concluded after the MTN FA Cup final was played at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium last Sunday.

The Ghana Premier League ended a week earlier, with the Division One and Women's competitions ending earlier. All champions in the top two divisions and cup competitions of Ghana football has been crowned.

"All too soon, the 2023/2024 Season ended last Sunday with the massively successful FA Cup final," Kurt Okraku said in a statement.

The season could not have been successful without the active cooperation of all actors in the game of football.

"And so, on behalf of the Executive Council of the Ghana Football Association, I wish to thank every single person, group and corporate entity who made a contribution to the successful organisation of all our competitions and programmes.

"We, at the GFA, wish all and sundry a refreshing off-season period.

"Ayekooooo, to us all!"
