K.A.A. Gent Gent Ghanaian fullback Nana Kwesi Asare is expected to be out of action for several weeks after he sustained a hamstring injury in his side’s League Cup game against Lokeren on Wednesday night.

The left fullback was substituted by Kenny Seif after the injury.
Asare, 28, will undergo further tests to acertain the extent of damage to his hamstring.

He will miss Gent's league tie against Westelo on Saturday.
He has scored a goal in 11 appearances for the Belgium champs this season.
