Ghana international, Lawrence Ati-Zigi has signed a new deal at Swiss Club FC St. Gallen that will see him play three more seasons in the Super League.

The Black Stars goalkeeper despite losing form a bit has gradually managed to regain confidence and is now doing very well for his team.

Hoping to retain the services of Lawrence Ati-Zigi for much longer, FC St. Gallen have reached an agreement with the goalkeeper to extend his contract.

“FC St.Gallen 1879 can plan beyond the end of the season with Lawrence Ati Zigi.

“The club prematurely extended the contract with its goalkeeper, which was still valid until June 2023, for two years until the end of the 2024/25 season. In this way, the FCSG succeeds in keeping one of its top performers with the club,” an official club statement from FC St. Gallen has said.

The club has a lot of confidence in Lawrence Ati-Zigi and hopes to achieve success with him for the time he will stay at the club.
