I don't have a best friend in a Black Stars-Asamoah Gyan

Former Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan has revealed that he never had a best friend in the senior national team.

The former Sunderland played with a host of stars during his remarkable time with the Black Stars.

The players include; Stephen Appiah, Michael Essien, Sulley Muntari, Samuel Osei Kuffour among others. He and his team mates made the AFCON final two times (2010 and 2015) and made the World Cup quarter finals in 2010.

He revealed in his interview with TV3 that he is friends with a number of players who played in the team but he did not have a best friend.

“When you talk about best friend, I always say I was cool with everybody but none of them was my best friend.”
