Boateng joined the Turkish Super Lig giants on a 6-month loan deal in the winter transfer window from Italian Serie A side Fiorentina.

He has since enjoyed life in the country and has made a connection with supporters of the club who he constantly praises.

In a video call with Aubameyang as players continue to self-isolate due to the Coronavirus pandemic, KP Boateng has called on the Arsenal talisman to join him when he leaves England.

“Promise me when you finish with Arsenal when you finish with scoring your 300 goals you will come to Besiktas.

“The atmosphere and the fans are incredible here. I have never heard such a sound anywhere. I played in many big clubs, there were very good fans, but the ones here are amazing. I swear”, the former Black Stars forward said.

In response, Aubameyang laughed off and said “I know. They're everywhere, very funny. I love Turkey and the Turkish people”.
