Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp revealed that James Milner has been telling him all about midweek opponents Leeds United - but it's another Yorkshire club in the Championship that he's most fond of.
The Reds beat Leeds 2-0 in the EFL Cup last 8 on Tuesday, and in the programme notes ahead of the game told us all about the conversations the German and make-shift left back have been having in training.
Klopp confirmed he had a soft spot for Leeds' rivals Huddersfield in the second tier - because their manager is a close friend of his.
Jurgen Klopp: "Leeds are one of the great teams. I know this because James Milner always tells me, again and again and again." pic.twitter.com/zE9htv74Yy
He said:"Leeds are one of the great teams of England I believe - big history, big support. I know this because James Milner always tells me, again and again and again.
"Millie has told me all the great things about this club and this city - even when I do not ask him.
"He doesn't like the fact I support Huddersfield Town in the Championship because my best friend David Wagner is there. So I am sorry for this Millie - but I hope Huddersfield finish as the top Yorkshire team this season."
