Deputy captain of Medeama SC, Malik Akowuah has professed he has received several offers from clubs following his epic performance in the just ended Ghana Premier League.
Akowuah was one of the dependable midfielders for the Tarkwa based club throughout their campaign.
According to him, his performance has lured many local and foreign clubs to sign him. Congolese side, TP Mazembe is in strong contention to secure his services.
“The season has come to a close and as you said some players are changing Clubs.” Malik told Fox FM.
“It is true officials of my Club are in advance negotiation with TP Mazembe over a deal.
“From next week I will know what is going on with my future. There are contacts from other Clubs but I can’t disclose them.”
The energetic midfielder is widely expected to leave Medeama SC before the start of the 2016/17 campaign.
