Sporting director for Deportivo Alaves Sergio Fernandez has revealed that forward Patrick Twumasi will not join the club's preseason immediately.

Fernandez mentioned that Twumasi will not be in the squad that will start the preseason activities this weekend but he would join on a different date.
Speaking to outlet Marca Sergio Fernandez said
"Patrick Twumasi will not be in that group that will begin work in the sports city. In principle, he will join later,”

Twumasi 26, has been heavily linked with a move to Turkish club Denzilispor after impressing on loan at Gaziantep last season.
Twumasi's contract with Alaves runs till 2022 and his current market value is €2,500,000.
