PICTURES: Maxwell Konadu meets his Kotoko players at Adako Jachie

New Asante Kotoko head coach Maxwell Konadu has met the playing body of the club this afternoon at their Adako Jachie Park as they begin preparations into the upcoming 2019/2020 season.

The former player of the club has had a good career as a coach so far and is returning to the club for a second time. In his first stint in 2011, he guided the Porcupine Warriors to lift the trophy at the end of that season.

Konadu, a former assistant coach for the Black Stars is returning to Kotoko to get them back on track following their recent failures in the CAF Champions League and Confederations Cup.

After he was announced as the new head coach for the Porcupine to replace Norwegian tactician Kjetil Zachariassen, the gaffer has finally been presented to the playing body of the club.

Leaders of the club including board chairman Dr. Kwame Kyei and some other management members were in attendance to present Maxwell Konadu to his players.
