Abedi Pele was hailed as "one of the best ever" by Eto'o, a three-time Champions League champion.

Pele is regarded as one of the greatest African footballers of all time. He played for several European clubs and found his fame in the French Ligue 1 with Lille and Marseille, the latter where he won the UEFA Champions League in 1993, among other titles.

On Saturday morning, the Qatar Legacy ambassador was featured as a special guest on TV3's Warm Up Plus show.

In the interview, Eto'o stated that Ghana had the same opportunity as any other African side to win the World Cup, and he expressed excitement at Gyan's willingness to return to the Black Stars.

Eto'o also revealed that Cameroon will send a scout to watch Ghana's international friendly against Brazil.
