National Sports Authority boss Prof Peter Twumasi has revealed that Hon Isaac Asiamah, Minister of Youth and Sports, will cut sod on FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 4, 2020 @10: 00 AM for construction work to begin at the Nkawkaw Sports Stadium which has been abandoned for nearly 25 years.
This project forms part of the Government's broader programme on Sports Infrastructure Development across the country.
Already, 10 of such stadiums are nearing completion. He will be supported by the leadership of the National Sports Authority, Middle Belt Development Authority, the RCC, and the Traditional Area.
