Surprising Paul Pogba Stat That Proves He's Not as Much of a Failure as Some Think

Paul Pogba has not been a well-received man for some Manchester United fans, especially at the start of the season. The haircut-changing, dab-abusing world record signing has scored only two goals this campaign, and has led his team only to sixth in the Premier League table.

However, it might be time for the Frenchman's haters to soften their views on the maligned midfielder, after an intriguing stat recently came out on his passing game.

Pogba is often used in a more attacking role than other central midfielders in Europe are, but this is still an impressive statistic. If anything, it relieves the blame for United's strugglesfrom his shoulders and onto those of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcus Rashford.

@Okwonga @StatmanDave if they had eyes they'd know he is. It's a shame that those ahead of the midfield are letting him (and Ander) down.

His remarkable technique for his goal against Swansea was an illustration of the class that Pogba possesses, and his vision has rarely been in the question. The £89m man has one of the most impressive long-range passing abilities around, and lays in quality through balls.

Perhaps there is another man who ought to be receiving the brunt of Pogba's criticism instead?
