VIDEO: Checkout goals, skills of Christabel Oduro; the Canadian pushing to have chance to play for Black Queens

Prolific Canadian striker, Christabel Oppong Oduro has expressed readiness to switch allegiance in order to play for the Black Queens of Ghana.

The experienced striker currently plays for Vikingur Reykjavik where she has established a name for herself.

According to her agent Alberto A. Larrea, Christabel Oduro is eager to play for Ghana and has hence decided to switch her nationality from Canadian to Ghanaian.

The striker who scores for fun already possesses a Ghanaian passport. She is now only awaiting a national team call-up by the technical team of the Black Queens to have the chance to complete the dream to represent Ghana.

In the past, she made a few appearances for the Canadian national team but is still eligible to feature for the Black Queens.

Last season in the Iceland league, Christabel Oduro made 17 appearances for Grindavík where she scored 14 goals.
