Youngster Myron Boadu earns spot in ‘Team of the Week’ in Eredivisie

Dutch-born Ghanaian striker, Myron Boadu has earned a spot on the Eredivisie ‘Team of the Week’ sheet following his impressive showing for AZ Alkmaar in the opening weekend of the regular season in Holland.

The fast-rising attacker scored and also assisted in AZ Alkmaar's 4-0 demolishing of Fortuna Sittard in the League on Sunday at the AFAS Stadion.

Myron Boadu is joined by fellow Dutch-born Ghanaian midfielder Jonathan Opoku of VVV Venlo, who also starred as Venlo beat RKC Waalwijk.

The 18-year old has been a revelation for his side after he was given a chance to feature for the side in the Eredivisie.

Ghanaian midfielder, Jonathan Opoku who was also named on the team of the week scored for VVV Venlo and also produced two assists to help his side beat RKC Waalwijk.
