The Ghana Football Association has set the dates for the highly anticipated Super Clash between Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League.
The first encounter will take place at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi, scheduled between December 13 and 16, 2024. The return fixture is slated for the Accra Sports Stadium, with dates ranging from May 2 to 5, 2025.
The announcement came on Monday, July 29, 2024, as part of the full fixture release for the upcoming season.
In the previous season, Asante Kotoko had the upper hand, defeating Hearts of Oak three times across both league matches and the Democracy Cup.
Asante Kotoko secured a 3-2 victory in the first round clash in Kumasi, despite the match being originally scheduled for Accra.
The Porcupine Warriors then won 2-0 in the second round at home before a 2-1 triumph in the Democracy Cup.
Hearts of Oak will seek to turn the tables this season as both teams vie for the championship.
