Ghana forward, Felix Afena-Gyan, has expressed his gratitude to AS Roma ahead of his imminent move to the newly-promoted side, Cremonese.
The young forward is expected to complete his move to the Serie A newbies this week.
Afena-Gyan joined Roma in 2021 playing for the youth team before the forward was then promoted to the first team.
The youngster scored two goals last season for Jose Mourinho’s side and earned a call-up to the Black Stars.
However, with the game time important for him ahead of potentially making the Black Stars squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, the player is set to join Cremonese.
Afena-Gyan has completed his medicals with an official announcement pending.
With an official announcement still to come, the player has taken to social media to bid Roma a goodbye.
The promising forward is expected to make Ghana's squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar later this year in November.
