Ghana international, Antoine Semenyo climbed off the Bristol City bench on Wednesday night to score for the team in the 3-2 defeat Norwich City in the English Championship.

The talented forward has not quite been fully fit since the start of the ongoing 2022/23 football season.

Today, he was named in the matchday squad of Bristol City but did not start the match due to some fitness concerns.

In a game where Norwich City proved to be the better side, the team led 2-1 at halftime thanks to a brace from poster boy Teemu Puki.

After recess, Ghana’s Antoine Semenyo was introduced in the 69th minute to replace Sykes.

The Black Stars striker made a huge impact and went on to score the second goal for the visiting team. Unfortunately, it was not enough as an equalizer from Joshua Sergeant sealed a 3-2 win for Norwich City at full time.

With his goal today, Antoine Semenyo now has three goals after making four appearances in the English Championship this season.
